1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to trade buyers (contractors, landscapers, builders, developers, dealers, property managers and public agencies) who request pricing, samples or place orders with Turf Supply Partner through this website, by phone or by email.
2. Quotes and pricing
Contractor and volume pricing is quoted per project and confirmed in writing. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing, availability and lead times may change until an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed when quantity, product, delivery date and payment terms are agreed in writing. Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice. Product remains the property of Turf Supply Partner until paid in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are scheduled with the buyer and confirmed in writing. The buyer is responsible for site access, unloading equipment where required and inspecting material on receipt. Visible damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within two business days.
5. Samples
Samples are provided free to qualified trade buyers in California for evaluation. Sample color and texture are representative; production lots may vary within manufacturer tolerances.
6. Product warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on the product specification sheet supplied with the quote. Installation workmanship is the responsibility of the installing contractor.
7. Returns
Cut rolls, infill and special-order products are not returnable. Stock items may be returned unopened within the period stated on the invoice, subject to a restocking fee and return freight.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Turf Supply Partner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delays, arising from product supply. Liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
