Specification guidance
Specifying for San Diego. Both conditions exist inside this market, so the specification should follow the site rather than the metro. On the coastal side, and on shaded or north-facing yards anywhere, Prince 80 is a sound specification. On the inland side it carries the lowest UV index in the line, so the trade desk compares it against Queen 90 or Imperial 100 first.

Getting material on site. A full roll is 15 ft × 100 ft, covering 1,500 sq ft, and weighs between approximately 815 lb and 1,188 lb depending on the line. Plan for forklift or equivalent unloading and confirm site access with the trade desk before scheduling. Cut lengths are available when a full roll does not fit the job.
